Returns & Refunds

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used electronics
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately
• We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund
